|Annual Meeting||Saturday March 18, 2017

|Join us at Gardiner High School, 40 West Hill Road, Gardiner, Maine.
Entrance fee: Members - free; Non-members- $2 (dollar bills are helpful).
What to bring: Please bring a mug, a dish to share for the potluck lunch (or bring your own lunch), a spinning wheel or spindle, and fiber for a great day of spinning and sharing!
Vendors: We have a full house of returning and new vendors with a great variety of fiber types. Time to replenish your stash? If you wish to be a vendor, please contact Stacie Beyer at email@example.com
Door prizes: MSR will hold a random drawing for door prizes at noon. You will need to be there to win!
Used equipment: There will be a used equipment table available. Please put your name and the price on a label attached to the item.
Show and tell: Bring any items you have made since last year. We all welcome new ideas to try.
Annual membership: This will also be a great time to renew your membership or you can download a form at membership

|Pleasant Mountain Fiber Arts Workshops||June 23 - 25
||Denmark Municipal Building, 62 East Main Street, Denmark, Maine. This year's program includes over 30 exciting, affordable workshops in felting, knitting, spinning, book arts, weaving and a host of traditional fiber crafts for all levels taught by experienced instructors. |Annual Summer Fiber Reteat||July 13 - 16
||Maine Spinners' Registry is once again sponsoring a relaxing fiber retreat at Sunday River. Open to everyone! Download the registration form now. The format for the weekend is very relaxed, lots of sharing and laughter. The one change for this year is the hotel is now charging us to use the large meeting room, where we gather to spin, thus the registration form. Each participant will pay $10 which will go directly to the meeting room charge. The rooms at the hotel are large and the beds comfy.|

|Annual Weaving Weekend||November 10 - 13
Join us for a weeked of fiber-filled fun, while enjoying the compay of other ber enthusiasts. You will learn the art of weaving from start to finish; leaving with a piece that you have created. There will be ample time to try your hands at other ber related arts such as spinning, dyeing, wet and needle felting, crocheting and knitting. Participants can enjoy a walk around the farm grounds, hike along the river, visit with the farm animals, participate in feeding, visit the holiday craft fair in the towns center or relax on the front porch, overlooking the river and rolling pastures.
